Yes, there is a $30.00 late fee and $10.00 processing fee assessed for overdue rent payments. Pleasantview and Laurel Gardens residents are charged a $5.00 late fee, and $1.00 each additional day the rent is late until the end of the month. Please see the Residents page for more information.
