Our maintenance technicians will service non-emergency requests from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.

Do not use this form to report emergencies. Emergency maintenance requests are those that need to be addressed immediately, such as no water, broken water pipes that cannot be shut off, no heat in the winter, sewer line stoppage, gas leaks, lock outs, or any issue that would cause major damage or be considered a health or safety hazard.
If you use a Housing Choice Voucher to rent a home from a landlord, please contact your landlord for maintenance requests.
