Strategic Plan 2021-2024
HomeFront carried out an extensive strategic planning process in 2019-2020.
Throughout the process, there was strong emphasis on client and partner engagement. The overarching intent of this process was to develop a clear blueprint for HomeFront as an organization as we seek to strengthen partnerships throughout the region and provide enhanced level of support to residents.

Resident Advisory Board
HomeFront, formerly known as Housing Authority of Billings, held a Resident Advisory Board meeting on its PHA Annual Plan submission to the Office of Public Housing, HUD on February 14, 2024.
