Strategic Plan 2021-2024

HomeFront carried out an extensive strategic planning process in 2019-2020.

Throughout the process, there was strong emphasis on client and partner engagement. The overarching intent of this process was to develop a clear blueprint for HomeFront as an organization as we seek to strengthen partnerships throughout the region and provide enhanced level of support to residents.

Resident Advisory Board

HomeFront, will hold a Resident Advisory Board meeting on its PHA Annual Plan submission to the Office of Public Housing, HUD on February 11, 2026, at Noon. This meeting will be held at 2415 1st Ave N, Billings, MT 59101. All residents of HomeFront and the public are invited to provide input.

A draft copy of the plan and attachments is available for review at the HomeFront website http://homefrontpartners.org. HomeFront is a Fair Housing Provider and an Equal Opportunity Provider

Public Hearing

HomeFront, will hold a public hearing on its PHA Annual Plan submission to the Office of Public Housing, HUD on February 11, 2026, at 1pm. This meeting will be held at 2415 1st Ave North, Billings, MT 59101. All residents of HomeFront and the general public are invited to provide input.

2024 Admissions & Continued Occupancy Policy for the Public Housing Program (ACOP)

Public comment on the revised ACOP will be available until October 10, 2024 at 5pm. Public Review will be held on October 28, 2024 at 12pm at the HomeFront offices, located at 2415 1st Ave N.
